How it was done: After killing Varek, go back to the bottom of Sahara Village and enter the house that was originally blocked off by a Trainee, enter it and you can grab a unique item called A Chaos Card. The Chaos Card has 15 random results and one of them is to give every party member not only a full recovery, but to give them a status called "Instant Kill Status", which does these: Makes your agility multiplied by just a tiny bit under 10, multiplies attack and defense by 3, raises Hit Rate to the max (100%) and have instant criticals for those who can use it, this easily turns whatever battle you got yourself into a major cakewalk since you can deal immense amounts of damage without trying.

The goal here was to kill ??? (Or the Question Mark Man) under four turns, anything above that will give ??? the Instant Kill Status and very likely wipe out your party with minimal effort.
