#1. The first thing to include in your answer is to say you have ‘RESEARCHED THEIR COMPANY’ and you are attracted to something positive about them. That positive thing could be their fantastic products or services or their company values.

When you say you have researched the company in response to the question, why do you want to work here, it tells the hiring manager you are SERIOUS about working for their company long-term.

#2. The second thing to include in your answer to the interview question, why do you want to work here, is to say that you find their TRACK RECORD OF ACHIEVEMENT appealing. You can say that you, too, have a track record of achievement, and your ambitious nature and progressive approach to business will be a great combination!
