👶 Beginner Level – Employee Insights Application (Enhanced)
Goal: Learn and demonstrate the basics of Oracle APEX — authentication, CRUD operations, charts, and UI customization.
Project Overview:
Build an Employee Insights Application to manage employee records and visualize workforce data.

Required Features:
1. Custom Login Page – Authentication using the Employee table with Change/Reset Password option.
2. Employee Management Form (CRUD) – Add, edit, and delete employee data.
3. Dashboard with Charts & KPI Cards – Visualize employee data with interactive charts.
4. Filterable Reports – Add filters for department, role, or salary range.
5. Professional UI – Apply a clean, responsive, and accessible layout.



💼 Intermediate Level – Expense Tracker Application
Goal: Build a multi-user system with role-based access, validation, and reporting.
Project Overview:
Create an Expense Tracker Application for Admins and Employees to manage expense data.

Required Features:
1. Role-Based Login & Navigation – Dynamic page access for Admin/Employee roles.
2. Expense Entry Form – Include validation and clean input design.
3. Interactive Reports/Grids – Enable search, sort, and filtering.
4. Expense Charts – Visualize spending by category, date, or department.
5. Responsive UI – Functional and aesthetic across devices.



🚀 Advanced Level – Event Management System

Goal: Build a dual-access system for event management and registration.
Project Overview:
Develop an Event Management System with public event access and admin management features.

Required Features:
1. User Access (Public) – View, filter, and register for events without login.
2. Admin Access – Create, edit, and manage events and registrations.
3. Distinct Flows – Separate user and admin interfaces.
4. Full CRUD Functions – End-to-end create, read, update, delete for events.
5. Professional UI – Responsive, secure, and user-friendly.



🏁 Judging Criteria (All Categories)
Participants will submit their public APEX app URLs — judges will review only the live applications (front-end) based on the following:
✅ Functionality (40%) – Core requirements met and working smoothly.
🎨 Design & Usability (25%) – Clean, accessible, and user-friendly experience.
💡 Innovation & Creativity (35%) – Additional features, enhancements, or design improvements that make the app stand out.
