2500 Chevrolet HD Silverado Offroad Creative fit-out - EC Offroad

In this build walk-through, we take you through a fully kitted Chevrolet Silverado 2500, purpose-built for serious touring, off-grid travel, and Australian conditions.

Starting with the exterior, this Silverado has been fitted with a full Offroad Creative package, including a heavy-duty bull bar, roof rack, and a premium tray and canopy setup. This combination delivers strength, practicality, and a clean, integrated finish that’s ideal for long-range touring and demanding off-road use.

Underneath, the truck runs a tough wheel and tyre package featuring KMC Wheels wrapped in Nitto Ridge Grappler tyres. This setup strikes the perfect balance between on-road comfort, off-road traction, and aggressive styling to suit a heavy-duty American pickup.

For onboard air, we’ve installed the proven ARB Twin Compressor, paired with an APEX hose reel and tyre inflator. This allows quick and reliable tyre inflation and air tool use whether you’re on the tracks or setting up camp.
Lighting has been carefully considered to maximise visibility in all conditions. Up front, the bull bar is fitted with STEDI driving lights for strong long-range performance. On the roof rack, Baja Designs lights provide additional forward and peripheral illumination, perfect for night driving and remote touring.
Up top, the touring setup continues with a Bundutec rooftop tent, delivering a fast-deploy and comfortable sleeping solution for extended trips. Shade and weather protection are handled by Clevershade, with two 180-degree awnings joined together via a centre section to create a full 360-degree wrap-around awning system around the vehicle.

This Silverado 2500 build showcases a no-compromise approach to touring, combining premium components, smart layout choices, and proven off-road hardware.
