It was a good day and a good night to visit Mount Carrigain, which I reached via Sawyer Road in Conway, NH.

This peak is in the White Mountain National Forest. It is one of the highest summits in the state, therefore it is one of the 48 4000 footers. This is number 24 for me. I find it especially rewarding to combine backpacking and camping when possible.
