There are so many people having a spiritual awakening now! Sometimes these awakenings can be so unsettling that they knock you off balance. In this video I suggest a few ways to help keep your balance in life while also enjoying the amazing synchronicities that are probably happening for you right now. we touch on how to maintain day-to-day life with grounding which is essential. We also talk about how to start understanding what might be happening in your world.

However, if you are so disconnected or you know somebody that is so disconnected and ungrounded that they are skirting close to a psychotic episode then the best thing is to contact a medical practitioner for help in the first instance. Also if you are taking drugs of any kind never stop taking them without seeking the help and advice of a medical practitioner. Once you have become more settled in what's going on for you, then that is when you can start to look at exploring your spiritual awakening and your relationship to the new energies in a safe and balanced way.
