Rutger Hauer turns in a gravel-voiced, scenery-munching performance as the titular hobo-turned-vigilante, the FX are gloriously practical, and the whole thing moves like Troma on a caffeine binge — it’s loud, abrasive, and impossible to look away from. If you like your exploitation movies with more squibs than subtlety, this one’s for you.
