Javier Kajika is a former First Wave Division Agent, who has joined forces with Aaron Keener.

When the government collapsed during the outbreak, he went rogue, and his loyalty now goes to whoever will feed his need... for blood.

Javier Kajika was born in Belen, New Mexico

He was an Operative of the Joint Special Operations Command, where he was a Black Ops hitman for the US government.

Kajika was eventually recruited by Strategic Homeland Division for his vast experience, tactical skills, and his resilience when under pressure.
