Level 40+ Checklist | To do list of objectives before going past lvl 39 in Star Trek Fleet Command

When you've been playing with @everyone as long as I have sometimes the content gets a bit dated. So, with more players in Star Trek Fleet Command at level 39 (and approaching 39) than any other level in the game above level 20 it seemed prudent to re-do our Level 40+ Checklist! Today I try to give players an updated list of objectives (and the hows/whys) of what to do as you make your push into the 40s

Topics covered:
1. Note: I've personally made the jump from 39-42 twice and find it to be a great goal to set. Not everyone has to follow this path!
2. Importance of efficiency researches (and a list of which ones to do!)
3. Easy to follow checklist of some of the big things to focus on and why!
