The union of CBSE School parents led by Madhukar Deshmukh, one of the parents from Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Bhandara has received a response from the education department through a petition filed under Right to Information Act, that the Maharishi school is running without first permission (recognition) and the records of extension of the permission are also not available with the government records. The parents have launched 'Satyagrah' against the errant CBSE schools in Bhandara district with support from Shiksha Bachao Abhiyan led by RTM NU Senate Member Pravin Udapure and Nitin Ninawe.
