This midlife transition can last up to a decade and not knowing how much longer you will be suffering through perimenopause until you finally reach menopause can be very disheartening. I break down the differences between early and late perimenopause to help give you a better idea of where you are in your journey and how close to menopause you are. I have also included a chart comparing the perimenopause symptoms associated with each of the stages of perimenopause to give you a quick and easy way to estimate how far into perimenopause you may be.
