Top 10 Worst States for Education. Some need to be avoided at all costs.

What is going on everyone? Who wants to know what state to move to if you want to better your chances of having an underachiever for a child? I know I did about 20 years ago when my kids started hitting the school age. I wanted to leave CA and find a better state for education and needed to know which to avoid.
If you are looking for a new state with good schools this video is for you. It’s going to list the ones you should scratch off your list. Now as always we are dealing in averages.
