Kipp thinks he can talk but he really just whistles the words he's trying to say. Some phrases he "says" in this clip are:
- Pretty boy/Pretty bird
- Kipp/Kipp Kipp
- Hi birdy
He also wolf whistles and whistles for the dog. I'm working on getting him used to the camera still so hopefully I can get some better clips up soon. :)
