You will find answer of below points
1) Find the KnowledgeArticleId against the selected article record.
2) Find the active or online article against to the KnowledgeArticleId
3) Store in the collection
4) Find the Archived and is latest false knowledge against the same KnowledgeArticleId.
5) Add the article version in the same collection that fetched in step 4.
6) Now we have all versions of Knowledge Article.
7) Create LWC and add drop down and list the version that prepare in the step 6.
8) In the UI on selection of Knowledge Version .. display the corresponding fields or records.

Query to fetch:
Find the KnowledgeArticleId against the opened article.

Select Id, VersionNumber,KnowledgeArticleId FROM Knowledge__kav WHERE Id=:articleId

Find the active or online article for respective KnowledgeArticleId all article version that are archived
Select Id, VersionNumber,KnowledgeArticleId FROM Knowledge__kav WHERE KnowledgeArticleId in :knowledgeArticleIds

Find all the articles that are archived and isLatest false.

Select Id, VersionNumber,KnowledgeArticleId FROM Knowledge__kav WHERE KnowledgeArticleId in :knowledgeArticleIds
AND IsLatestVersion = false AND PublishStatus = 'archived'
