How to fix a Squeak on Rocket Machines?

The squeaking issue with the steam wand prompted me to disassemble the knob, aiming to eliminate the discomfort caused by the noise. Carefully removing the Rocket logo cap, I detached the 8mm nut and spacer, ensuring not to misplace them. Using an adjustable wrench wrapped in masking tape to prevent scratching, I loosened the hex bolt on the steam assembly, revealing grime in the threads, which I cleaned with dishwashing soap. After wiping dry, I applied food-safe silicone grease to the assembly. Ensuring a snug fit, I reassembled the knob, tightened the nut, and replaced the logo cap. Now, with the steam wand functioning smoothly, I anticipate more serene mornings making coffee.
