Grow to Scale reimagines what scaling looks like—prioritizing collaboration over competition, wellbeing as core strategy, and community-driven growth models. This isn't another accelerator asking you to hustle harder. This is something different.

• Duration: March 17 – May 29, 2026 (10 sessions + alumni gathering)
• Format: 7 virtual sessions + 3 full-day in-person experiences in Greater Baltimore

2️⃣ PARTICIPANT-DESIGNED FUNDING CHALLENGE
Co-develop funding criteria, vote on distribution, reimagine capital access beyond extractive pitch competitions
3️⃣ CONFERENCE SUPPORT
Up to $1,000 per participant for national/regional conference registration
4️⃣ COMMUNITY BUILDING GATHERINGS
3 full-day in-person experiences for deep relationship building and exploring collaborative growth models
