SLEEP TRAINING AT 11 MONTHS || USING THE FERBER METHOD || What is this sorcery??

GET READY TO WITNESS A MIRACLE. If you are on the fence about sleep training your baby, let us give you a nudge. This has been a game changer for our family! Since this video was recorded, about a month ago, Bennett has slept through every night. I’ll say that again, BENNETT HAS SLEPT THROUGH EVERY NIGHT since we sleep trained him. That includes nights where we didn’t get home in time for a bedtime routine, nights we threw the routine out the window, and every normal night in between. He has also been on a consistent nap schedule, pretty much letting us know as soon as he Is ready to lay down for his nap. This generally happens within 30 minutes of when I would expect him to want to lay down according to his schedule.

There are a lot of critics of sleep training. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and you should do whatever is best for you and your family. This has been so amazing for Bennett and for our family and I can't recommend it enough.
