Coming to AFMAM, Aqualliance, a creative mixture of Aqua (water) and Alliance, represents the aspiration towards a united and ecologically prosperous ASEAN. The team unites six promising delegates from different regions of Vietnam, specializing in diverse fields and placed under the guidance of an international relations expert.

1. Pham Thi Yen, Ph.D, Senior Lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages - Information Technology (HUFLIT)
Finished PhD degree in International Relations in less than 3 years and had the doctoral thesis published right after being successfully defended.
Author, co-author of “Cam Ranh Bay in Vietnam’s international cooperation with great powers since 2002”, “Vietnam in relations with great powers from Economic Reform until now (1986 - 2016)” and several more books on Diplomatic and Defense Policies, International Cooperation and Integration.
Had many papers published in special journals of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, namely Americas Today Journal, Vietnam Journal for Indian and Asian Studies, Vietnam Review of Northeast Asian Studies, etc.
Active participant and speaker in various seminars and conferences of both national and international levels.
Winner of “Emulation Soldier Lecturer” title in HUFLIT University for two consecutive years (2018-2019), which awards the most innovative and dedicated lecturers in the institution.
