Most RARE ship in entire World of Warships?

This just might be the most rare ship in the entire game because it is VERY expensive and it costs the currency which is the most difficult to acquire.

I know there are some ships which were available to only few ppl for their service like Iwaki Aplha and Ark Beta but I'm talking about a ship that's still available to everyone and ppl just don't have it.

Is it good? Yes I would say it's good but does it take skill to play correctly, also yes.
