Embodiment of the Thoracic Diaphragm, Liver, and Gallbladder

Описание к видео Embodiment of the Thoracic Diaphragm, Liver, and Gallbladder

The area just below the thoracic diaphragm is the most asymmetrical region of the body. This can lead to excessive tension and holding patterns in the organs themselves.

The liver has a lot of contact with the underside of the diaphragm and finding freedom between them is a key to finding more articulation, balance, and comfort in this area. Without the influence of the gallbladder, the liver can have a quality of heaviness. Integrating it with the gallbladder brings a quality of lightness to the liver and transforms the heaviness into strength.

This short lesson is a guide for you to bring more clarity and freedom to your diaphragm and upper abdominal region through breathing, cellular consciousness, and movement.
