This is how I make sure to NEVER overpack, no matter if I'm traveling for a weekend, or an entire month 🧳🌏

Packing for a trip can be overwhelming, but my simple, systematic approach makes it easy! In this video, I share my step-by-step packing method that ensures I pack minimally, and with only the stuff I need, making sure I have a versatile wardrobe for that specific trip and any events or activities I'll be part of while traveling.

📌 My Packing Process:
1️⃣ Ask the Right Questions Before Packing:
Where am I going? How long will I be gone?
What’s the weather like at my destination?
What kinds of activities will I be doing (beach, hike, food tours, walking, etc.)
What events am I attending? (wedding, conference, etc.)
Will I have access to laundry?

2️⃣ Lay Out Everything You’re Considering Bringing:
Taking all my answers to those questions into consideration, I start gathering clothes I think will work well, stuff I want to wear, pieces that fit the weather and activities.

3️⃣ Ensure Everything Mixes and Matches:
Before packing everything into the suitcase, I check that every top pairs well with every bottom. Shoes, belts, midlayers, and outerwear should match effortlessly across all outfits.
This eliminates the stress of choosing outfits while traveling and helps keep your packing to a minimum.

4️⃣ Refine and Finalize:
I review the final selection and cut anything unnecessary to avoid overpacking.
If I'm not sure I'll have laundry access, I plan for extra essentials like underwear and socks.
