This is the final erg test we did at Cambridge while training for The Boat Race. Clips are mostly taken by me, its all very professional. I did win this test though.

If you are confused:
- "The Boat Race" is an annual rowing race between Oxford and Cambridge which runs from Putney to Mortlake on the river Thames in London
- Our 'Gold Standard' test on the rowing machine is the 5k, which takes around 15-18 minutes for men
- We do this 3-4 times during the year, along with a LOT of other erg testing throughout the season. The result is very important
