I've owned these (medium quality) boots for over 10 years and always store them in the warmer months using this method. I like to remove all product build up, moisturize them and avoid heavy waxes when storing them (usually for 6months every year). I store them without the laces, use cedar shoe trees, dust bags and boxes.
