We Have Lost the Ability to Communicate with our kids, friends, and especially our loved ones. When you text or send messages or emails, they are very impersonal and often miss interpreted from what the sender had intended them to be.

How do we correct this issue? Put the devices down and actually talk to one another. We need constant interactions such as hugging our kids and grandkids. Most homes with kids find both the parents and kids on their devices. We have seen an uptick in suicides and mental health issues among the younger generations. Kids don't know the correct way to ask for anything anymore.

Couples say they have fallen out of love. Crap, they have lost the ability to communicate with each other. There is a difference. So be the partner that tries a different angle and that is to put down the phones and actually have a conversation. Try it and see what happens.
