And it only takes 5 minutes to make!

🌱DIY Chest Rub

🌿Ingredients:
3 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons shea butter
1 tablespoon beeswax
Essential oils of choice (see below)

🌿Instructions:
1)Melt coconut oil, shea butter and beeswax in double boiler or a Pyrex dish over boiling water. Do not let boil as it makes it grainy!
2)Remove from heat and let cool 10 mins .
Add the following essentials oils and cool for 2 hours before using.

*Apply to neck and chest area for some relief.

For ages 12 years old and up:
7 drops Ravensara
5 drops Rosemary
5 drops Eucalyptus
5 drops Lavender
5 drops Peppermint
(2% dilution)

Kid friendly version:
6 drops Eucalyptus
8 drops Lavender
(0.5% dilution for ages 3 years old and up)
