Tips for how to utilise your break time:
✦ Change up your surroundings - walk around, go to a different room
✦ If you're mainly using a laptop to study, try to gaze far outside the window to exercise your eyes and give them a change of routine! [This will slow the inevitable deterioration of your vision]
✦ Get your body moving - jump around or run on the spot for 30 seconds - this will improve your concentration because you are drastically changing what your body has been used to doing so far [for the past 25 mins]
✦ Refill your water bottle, make yourself tea or coffee
✦ Toilet break! very important, not really a tip
✦ Avoid conversation with others - you will get carried away
✦ Multitask! While you put the kettle on, go to the toilet - 5 minutes is not very long
✦ Stretch!
