In the depths of parts of 2023, I would remember that there was pain and doubt and bitterness.

I would, now, also remember how kindness and love actually persisted; how it profoundly broke its way through in the tiniest slivers & gloomiest corners.

There will be other battles to fight.

I pray we will always remember what it means to fight with, and for hope.
