Discovering The C Altered Pentatonic Scale (Improvisation)

I want to take this opportunity to wish you a happy new year!!

This morning I came across a book called "Exotic Pentatonics" by John Wallace.
I bought it many years ago and I have never used it so I decided to start with the first chapter which talked about the altered pentatonic in the key of C.
This scale contains the following notes : C - E - F# - G#(Ab) - B
So I decided to use three chords formed with the notes of the scale for this improvisation.
[ Cmaj7#5 - F#7b5sus4 / Ab7#5 ]
It's a very interesting chord progression.
