MATERIALS:
Canvas: 16x20 stretched primed canvas
Brushes: 1/2 flat bristle (large), #8 round (medium), #1 round (small)
Acrylic Paint: titanium white, green oxide, chrome yellow, burnt umber (brown), mars black, ultramarine blue, chrome orange
Other: palette, cup of water for washing brushes, paper towel for drying brushes

STEPS:
1. 1/2 inch bristle brush - Paint the sky with brown, blue and white
2. 1/2 inch bristle brush - Paint the ground with black, brown and green
3. 1/2 inch bristle brush - Paint first layer of the flower center with brown and black
4. #8 round brush - Paint first layer of stems and leaves with brown, green, yellow and white
5. #8 round brush - Paint first layer of petals with orange, yellow and white
6. #8 round brush - Paint second layer of leaves and stems with brown, green, yellow and white
7. 1/2 inch bristle brush - Finish the inside of flower with brown, orange, yellow and white
8. #8 round brush - Paint petals on flowers in field with white and yellow
9. #1 round brush - Paint the hairy things with black, brown, orange, yellow and white
10. #8 round brush - Finish painting the bottom portion of canvas with orange, brown, green, yellow and white
11. #8 round brush - Paint final layer of petals with white, yellow and orange
12. #1 round brush - Signature with black
