Tourism specialists say the high cost of air flights as well as visa restrictions are some of the major challenges inhibiting tourism growth in Africa. This emerged at the 7th Africa Tourism Leadership Forum held in Gabarone, Botswana this week. It brought together tourism leaders from 43 countries across Africa with the aim of increasing economic investment through tourism in Africa.
