fast travel to the house, looking at the entrance stair, go to the right side and look at the stair wall. There's a button that will purchase the house for you. It will cost you 35000 septims like the standard way
CHRISTMAS DECORATION
In the main room, at the right side of the fireplace there's a buton. Press it and all the decoration will appear. Press again to disable them.
