Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar clarified that under the Constitution of India, only Indian citizens can vote in MP and MLA elections. Foreign nationals do not have this right. If non-citizens have filled voter forms, they must prove their nationality during the SIR process. After verification, their names will be removed from the electoral roll.
