Nazara Technologies is going to raise funds on September 18th. The company has recently acquired a stake in Pokerbaazi. Nitish Mittersain the Joint Managing Director and CEO of Nazara Technologies believes that the company is well positioned to take advantage of opportunities in both India and abroad. They have been waiting patiently on the sidelines in the skill-based online gaming sector for a few years and see a lot of potential for growth especially through their stake in Pokerbaazi. Despite facing a 400% increase in GST costs for gaming companies Nazara Technologies remains optimistic about their future with NODWIN gaming leading the way and strong interest from existing investors.
