👋 Meet Michele Morris
Michele Morris, RN, BSN is a registered nurse, cannabis coach, and entrepreneur with nearly
30 years of clinical experience. Her passion for plant medicine emerged after a work-related injury left her living with chronic pain for more than two decades. When conventional approaches failed to restore her quality of life, the discovery of CBD and hemp-based therapies became a pivotal turning point—opening a new pathway toward healing, resilience, and personal growth.

That experience reshaped both her life and her nursing practice. Today, as the co-founder of Nurses with a Mission, Michele mentors individuals and wellness professionals seeking safe, and evidence-informed ways to integrate cannabis and lifestyle medicine into their lives and work. Her approach blends clinical discernment with lived wisdom, supporting a more empowered, preventative model of healthcare rooted in education, accountability, and choice.

Michele is also the co-founder of Trusted Hands Nurse Concierge, a premium, private-pay nursing service created to bridge the gaps between hospital discharge and home. Drawing from decades of experience in pre- and post-surgical care—including surgical intensive care, perianesthesia & pain management – she offers preparation, presence, and guidance during some of life’s most vulnerable transitions. Her work is grounded in a deep belief that healing is not linear, that hope often arrives through unexpected pathways, and that no one needs to be “fixed” to be worthy of support.

When she’s not educating or coaching, Michele enjoys hiking with her spirited German Shorthaired Pointers or unwinding at home with a favorite Netflix series and a bowl of popcorn.

Her guiding philosophy remains simple and steadfast: Self-Care is the New Healthcare and prevention is possible when plants are respected as medicine.
