The exotic sidearm 'Devil's Ruin' was added to the game in Season 9 (Season of Dawn) of Destiny 2: Shadowkeep in 2020.

The 'Devil's Advocate' exotic ornament for this exotic weapon was added in the same season.

It is supposed to be permanently available for purchase from the in-game Eververse store for Silver, the premium currency. It can also be one of the random rewards from an Eververse Engram in a future season or be offered for purchase via Bright Dust, the earnable currency.
