JET Program: What They Don't Tell You About

I know I seem to be having a lot of fun in Japan (and I am, not gonna lie), but did you know that there's a period of time when I cried every single night, for at least three months straight?

Or, did you know how lonely I feel to not be able to communicate with my coworkers, and constantly feel like an outsider no matter where I go?

What makes everything worse is of course, winter. Man I hate to wake up to frozen nose and chilblainy fingers! Having to shiver under the blanket doesn't help with battling with loneliness, either...

So, what are the things that JET Program doesn't tell you about? How, if ever, can you tackle those hurdles?
