Cooking Oxtail Vlog and chat with me. My goal for this video was to cook with authentic Jamaican flavors while staying true to my own style of cooking. I was born and raised in Jamaica so when I cook I try to replicate those yaad flavors with a twist. I promise you that even though my methods are my own. And I add a few ingredients that might not be traditional my food is delicious. My food reminds me of the type of food that my grandma and my mom makes. True home cooking straight from my grandmother’s kitchen.
