In today's episode, actor and SNL alum Beck Bennett joins Ryan in the kitchen to make Beck's famous GTRB (Ground Turkey Rice Bowls!) The dads play around with different cooking catchphrases, discuss their favorite part of parenting and (if we're being honest) there's more dancing than cooking. ENJOY!

RECIPE: Beck's GTRB (Ground Turkey Rice Bowls)

Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
4 Persian cucumbers
Two heads of broccoli
1 cup sushi rice
1 yellow onion
Olive oil
Soy sauce
Cilantro
Scallions
Small amount of chicken stock
Chinese 5 spice blend
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Worcester sauce
Rice vinegar
Chili/garlic crunch oil
Ponzu

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Start the rice to cook in the rice cooker- one cup rice to two cups water.
Dice the onion and sauté over medium / low heat in a large pan. While the onion is cooking, cut the broccoli into small florets and toss with olive oil and soy sauce on a rimmed baking sheet. Put in oven for 15 minutes.
Add the ground turkey to the pan with the onions and continue to sauté. After a few minutes, add a small amount of the chicken stock to the turkey.
Add your spices to the turkey and onion mixture, seasoning to taste: onion powder, garlic powder, Chinese 5 Spice, and Worcester sauce.
Using a mandolin or a chef's knife, finely slice the cucumbers. Cut the scallions into thin slices and using kitchen scissors, snip off a good amount of cilantro for garnish.
Once the broccoli is finished roasting in the oven, remove and let cool.

Prepare the rice bowls, building the rice and turkey first, then adding toppings as you like from the scallions, cucumbers, broccoli, cilantro, rice wine vinegar, chili oil, ponzu or soy sauce.
