Join me for a lovely 20 minute morning pilates stretch and mobility routine. Ideal if you have any hip, knee, or lower back pain. A great way to start or end your day as well as to recover when your muscles are sore. Simple , effective movements to relax the body, release tense muscles and stiff joints, as well as ease your mind and body. Suitable for all ages and to do as a daily mobility session.

After the class I stay online to do a Live Q & A where you can ask me anything related to your practice. I give tips, advice and welcome the same from you. Our community is about taking care of each other, helping each other grow in wellbeing and wisdom and enjoying our fitness.
