5 glute medius and maximus exercises will help you quickly activate and strengthen your glutes to relieve lower back pain, piriformis syndrome, and hip tension.
If you can't feel your glutes or have trouble activating the gluteus medius, this challenge will help you achieve that. You'll be able to strengthen both the glute Medius and Maximus muscles at the same time!

Gluteus Medius and Maximus Exercises:
Complete 2 Rounds of the following exercises using a resistance band:

1. Band pull-aparts
2. Slow Bridges
3. Bridges to Band Pull
4. Bridges Normal Pace
5. Bridges Holds

REMOVE THE BAND, COMPLETE:
1. Slow Bridges (Bodyweight)
2. Bridges Normal Pace (Bodyweight)
3. Bridge Holds (Bodyweight)
