The decision also includes Justice Yahya Afridi's dissenting note.
It says Imran Khan told his workers to reach D-Chowk and disobeyed court orders of May 25.
"I do not agree that the court does not have the material to take action against Imran Khan," he added.
The court has enough material to take action against Imran Khan
Therefore, Justice Afridi recommended that Imran Khan be issued a contempt of court notice
