A quick and tasty snack that is also healthy for the gut. I would highly recommend substituting pure juice with half juice and half water.

SCD Jello:

4 cups 100% pure grape juice (better if 2 cups water, 2 cups juice)
2 TBSP beef gelatin: https://geni.us/mKAgwrH
2 TBSP honey (optional)

Bloom geatin in half a cup of juice for 5 min.
Warm rest of juice/water in kettle (not quite boiling)
Dissolve gelatin and honey in juice, pour into container and cool in fridge.
