All STANDING workout, No floor exercises which means minimal to no chest work (push exercises). 30 Min STANDING Full body KETTLEBELL Workout is targeted more for an intermediate level kettlebell user, but can 100% be manageable for stronger beginners as well.

➡️ This workout includes a warm up at the start and it is a no repeat workout.

🏋🏼 The weight displayed is for demonstration purposes as a reference, but you should pick the weight that is challenging for you. Use the weight as a guide when you might need to change the weights depending on the exercise. You can use dumbbells if you don't have kettlebells.
