Workflows are a powerful feature within PracticeMaster that allow the automation of tasks, mostly those that are dependent on or triggered by some other event. For instance, a workflow can create an email to the primary attorney when a case is closed; or automatically generate a Fee Agreement when a case is opened; or instantly schedule a deposition summary to be submitted to the claim rep when a deposition is scheduled.

We call them the "Lost Atlantis of PracticeMaster" because most PM users are not even aware that they exist.
