45 Minute Sculpting Upper Body Strength - After the past two days of cardio and bootcamp (lots of legs in that one), my legs needed a break. So, time for an upper body sculpt! But, because I can't resists adding active rest, we've got a cardio round in each circuit as well! That's the sculpting part. lift heavy, build muscle, and work hard to burn fat! Lift heavy!

You will need: a variety of dumbbells, bench (optional)
Format: 45/15
Workout:
SS chest press
Tricep dip knee in
Tricep press extension
Double high knee
x3
Balanced 1 arm row
Pinwheel curls
Db pullover
Frog jacks
x3
Front press flye
Upright row press
Reverse flye
4 scissors, 2 squats
x3
ABS
Flutter kick
Body saw plank
Hip pop extension

*Calorie burn is really specific to each body and generally the margin of error is between 15-25%. So, take it with a grain of salt and certainly don't compensate with overindulging. The number on the thumbnail is what I have burned according to my Apple Watch 4.
