Forward Axis: Positive X
Up Axis: Positive Y
Up Vector: 0, 1, 0
Up Vector 2: 0, 1, 0
World Up Object: leftUpperArm_result_JNT
World Up Object 2: leftForeArm_result_JNT

For the ForeArm_HDL, set the World Up Objects to leftForeArm_result_JNT and leftHand_result_JNT respectively.

NOTE 2: Squash/Stretch in the included scene files (arms/legs only) is broken for versions of Maya past 2013. You can download the fixed version of the completed rig in part 32.
