46ah 36v Battery Build from Used 18650 BatteryHookUp Cells Under $150

I have been building a lot of battery packs lately from used BatteryHookUp cells. I have had good luck with these used cells from old medical equipment. Don't think they get cycled too much because there mostly battery backup and are only used if the power goes out. This battery is using NCR18650B 3400ma Panasonic cells, one of the best on the market. In my testing I'm still getting around 3000ma out of them. If your on a budget building your own pack can save you a lot of money. These particular packs are 28 cells. You can brake them down to the individual cells without too much trouble. I use 2 of these packs together for a 72am battery. I use an external cell balancer if they start to drift out of balance. They stay pretty balance thou.
