So I filmed this as I couldn't find a good tutorial video on how to do this! In this video tutorial, I show you how to change over the pedal bodies on your Garmin Rally pedals. This could be used to change from the Rally RS, RK or XC pedal bodies to the Rally RS, RK or XC bodies, so if you want to change your pedals from a Shimano mtb cleat system to a Look or Shimano road based system this video is the one for you!
