Running a company as a Software Engineer - The mindset shift!

I am a Software Engineer by passion and by education. I worked for 3 years as an SE, before I started my company, RipeSeed and took on the role of "Founder".

Software engineers are usually very good with technical skills but almost always hate being involved in non-tech stuff. But the hard reality is, if you do want to grow as an entrepreneur, there is not shortcut. You have to excel in non-technical and business skills, like sales, marketing, planning, strategy etc etc.

Sharing my thoughts on what you need to do as a Software engineer if you want to grow as an entrepreneur.
