This is the patch that once brought in a video review ‪@winningeleven15‬ The patch is applied on top of the official PES4 Italian version. The difference with the existing patch that is already uploaded is we own the option file this time! The option file is mandatory to be used if you have a thought to play using national teams, since the squads are a bit messed up in this patch if you don't use option file. I mean something like Nakata & Ujfalusi in Italy and Totti in Japan national team.

Corrected Nike's national teams number position, now is perfectly placed in the center
Removed badges from national jersey
Corrected all team collars
Added branded goalkeeper gloves for Serie A and major European teams
Brand new balls (needed to be unlocked first), which are 3 Nike Aerow series and Fevernova (although in the video are using Adidas Finale :-p)
Added crowd banners for many teams
New flags for licensed and non-licensed clubs
New menu and music, credit to westaky
Added stretcher bearer costume
New boots, Nike Total 90 III; Nike Vapor; Lotto White and Black; Adidas Plus; Adidas Plus White; Puma White and Black; Adidas F50 White; Adidas F50 Black-White
Updated database as of February 26th, 2005
All league, team, and stadium names renamed
Added new stadiums (Santiago Bernabeu; Vicente Calderon; San Mames; Riazor, credit to southdream) and updated the existing stadiums (delle Alpi, San Siro, Olimpico, Old Trafford, Highbury, Camp Nou)
New chants for all Serie A teams and major European teams (credit to Solidus J2K and Wendetta)
Reworked generic chants outside Serie A
Added new player call names
